CUSTOMER RETURN

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Did you get the wrong size, or have you simply changed your mind? Don't worry, at SOLDAT.FR we make returns easy!

STEP 1

Make sure you meet the following 3 conditions:

🗸 You received your parcel less than 14 days ago.

🗸 The labels are attached to the item in the same way as when received.

🗸 Items are returned in their original condition.

STEP 2

Make a return request by contacting us directly and explaining the problem. We'll send you the return address.

STEP 3

Once your return request has been approved, insert your return form and send it to the address indicated. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

STEP 4

Once your parcel has been received and checked, your request will be processed by our teams. We'll let you know as soon as possible.

Refunds are made within 10 days of receipt of your order in our warehouse.
